Recruitment Fraud Alert
Recruitment Fraud Alert
Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scam offering false job opportunities to job seekers. This type of fraud is normally carried out through online services such as false websites, or through fabricated emails claiming to be from the company.
It was observed that there has been an increase in recruitment fraud involving scammers who post fraudulent job openings or who contact job seekers with false job offers. The fraudsters sometimes even conduct interviews to obtain personal information or money from the applicants. We have also noticed that certain individuals claiming to be from the Consolidated Analytics Recruitment function are contacting prospective candidates pretending to represent Consolidated Analytics with job offers. If you or any candidate receives any unsolicited or fraudulent communication regarding a job offer or an interview call requesting payment of money, please stay alert and recognize it as a scam. Upon receipt of an interview call, the candidate should follow safety measures to verify the source and authenticity to prevent falling victim.
How to Identify Recruitment Fraud
Consolidated Analytics never requests fees for any purpose during or after the hiring process. Consolidated Analytics will never request money for the opportunity to apply or work.
The Consolidated Analytics Recruitment team corresponds from email addresses with the domain “@ca-usa.com.” If any generic email ID ending with Gmail/Yahoo, etc. domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert of the likelihood of a scammer. The Consolidated Analytics Recruitment team does not request or require personal documents like bank account details, tax forms, or credit card information as part of the recruitment process.
